Need for Coordinators

As I mentioned in Need for information, your Neighborhood Coordinator (NC) may be able to satisfy your need locally within your Neighborhood by checking his/her Neighborhood Data Spreadsheet. If not, s/he can ask the Area Coordinator (AC) to check his/her Area Data Spreadsheet, who in turn will ask the Section Coordinators (SC) to check their Section Data Spreadsheets until the need is satisfied. But the query must start with the NC and go through the AC and SC.
