Purpose

A majority of communiques about preparing for emergencies and disasters is directed to the individual and the family and neighbors because they will need to depend upon each other during the first hours, days and maybe weeks if emergency responders are unable to get to them.

Therefore, I will focus this webpage on the family and family preparedness (FPREP) by providing information below about a FPREP mailing list that anyone can subscribe to, ask questions in, provide answers and offer ideas to collect and organize information and resources herein to help families, neighbors and communities to prepare for an emergency or a disaster.
